Access to Monthly Mean CERES FSW gridded 'monthly mean' surface albedo.

FSW Surface Albedo Description Ocean Albedo d-Value Access Data Plot Albedo Maps Data file format:   Data files are ascii, written using a fortran format of '(3f10.3,i6)'. Each file contains three header lines defining the data source and each column. This is followed by four columns of data 64800(=360*180) lines long. Latitude and longitude are implicit in the line index where: line 1 is 89.5N, -179.5W line 361 is 88.5N, -179.5W etc. . .
