Observed Mean: Surface observed mean by surface radiometery. TOA by CERES instrument. Since these are observations, not model results, they do not change based on "Tuning Option"
Bias: Defined as model minus observation.
All Sky Aerosol Forcing: Defined as the model run with clouds and aerosol minus model run with clouds but no aerosol.
Clear Sky Aerosol Forcing: Defined as the model run with aerosol (no clouds) minus model run without aerosol (no clouds).
Cloud Forcing: Solely model result, Model without clouds minus model run with clouds.
